Mustard and Green Tussar Silk Saree

Desi Tussar Silk is highly valued for its natural gold colors, stronger and more durable. Its natural sheen, light weight and affinity for dyes makes it a great choice as a fabric. Producing Tussar silk is a rural art. 

Hand Block Printing : The printed fabric is created using blocks made from wood. Artisans hand-carve the designs to be printed into blocks of wood. 

A pure  handwoven Tussar Silk saree in natural tussar with Hand Block Floral prints and Zari border. There are vertical zari lines all over the body. Tassels lend more charm and sway gracefully along the pallu. The saree is paired with an unstitched blouse fabric (last image).
